Scope
The Palmer Fund will make grants/loans for the purpose of rural community development through a sustainability lens. The increased availability of capital will spur community and economic development in our rural locale, especially aiding in the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic and ensuing economic fallout. These loans will make many projects possible that will decrease the burden of local government.
Community Micro Finance Application
Palmer Fund's Community Micro Finance Program accepts applications on a rolling basis. This year's program will offer loans or grants under $3,000. Please, see the decision making criteria below. All funding is restricted to projects within the Town of Eagle. After completing the application, email info@apsfund.org with a brief summary of the request.
